The Technical Safety Check is the obligatory periodical maintenance of a medical laser device.

Because of the highly sensitive laser technology we strongly recommend to have the adequate checks done by  our service technicians or one of our officially authorized partners worldwide. The inadequate maintenance not only cancels guarantee and warranty claims and could damage the device, but also represents a risk for both patient and doctor that should not be underestimated.

This is why our company is being audited annually according to the highly demanding European quality standard 13485:2003. We kindly ask for your understanding that only technicians authorized and trained by us are allowed to realize any kind of maintenance works.
